We will proof all artworks/layouts, or you are welcome to visit one of our designers in our studio to discuss your ideas. Let our experience help you! When supplying your own artworks, please follow our guidelines:-
DIGITAL ARTWORK PREPARATION GUIDELINES
Universal Printing Group recommends that files are supplied using the following applications up to and including the listed version number as below. We can also accept files from most leading graphic packages but we cannot guarantee their compatability.
• Adobe Illustrator CS Version 11.0 (Creative Suite)
• Adobe Photoshop CS Version 8.0 (Creative Suite)
• QuarkXpress Version 6.5

CD’S SHOULD BE COPIES OF ORIGINALS AS WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR THEIR LOSS. PLEASE FOLLOW THE FOLLWING GUIDELINES:
1) Please supply all original files in Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator etc (illustrator files are recommended) unless specifically agreed by Universal.
2) All fonts must be supplied (screen + printer).
3) Convert vector file fonts to outlines.
4) Final artwork width + height to be set to a uniform scalable sizes.
5) All duotone images must have a colour visual for colour matching purposes.
6) Convert all RGB files to CMYK.
7) All colours should be Pantone specified within the digital file whenever possible. Actual colour swatches must be supplied for non Pantone or Ral Colours to ensure accurate colour matches.
8) All PC Files are to be saved in EPS format and a visual must be supplied.
9) Please supply a visual/PDF showing finished dimensions and finishing requirements whenever possible.
10) Any artwork supplied should be accompanied with a visual so as we can check against corruption of files.
